Blurring - Work diary

In this lesson we looked at the technique of blurring. I think this lesson went quite well however in the college environment it was difficult to find anything that had enough movement to show in a photograph. In order to improve this shoot I would go outside of college and find thing that show a lot of movement. I do however feel my over photographs look quite good especially the ones that I create multiple imagery from.

I like this image as I feel due to the blurring and multiple images the movement that Taylor is making is very obvious. I also think Taylor's outline and hair stand out nicely agains the background. To improve this photograph I would consider using the studio as this would help me maintain a neutral background.

What I tried to show with this photograph was the movement of the plant by the wind. I think due to the bright colours that stand out against each other this makes an attractive photograph and I especially like the fact that no colours were lost due to the blurring the outline of the leaves and flowers can be seen but with a blurred look.
